Hello and thanks for participating!At DeepCritique, we collect and analyze customer experience reviews for events such as concerts, sporting events, plays and more. Our mission is to go deeper than the star ratings, bubble surveys and 3-5 sentence written reviews that you typically see to uncover insights that venues, hosts, artists and entertainers can learn from to enhance and improve the customer experience. And because a more in-depth review requires more of the reviewer’s time and effort, we happily compensate our reviewers for each review they submit!Below is additional information and guidance for your response and receiving your payment:• You may choose to submit your review in writing or as a voice or video recording. When you're finished, send your review to [email protected] as an email attachment.• If you choose to submit a written review, please submit a response that is at least 300 words. If you choose to voice or video record your review, please submit a response that includes 3 minutes of response content total (e.g., one minute per prompt or shorter responses for one or two prompts and a longer response for the third prompt). Please avoid submitting a response with 2 minutes of content but with two 30 second pauses.• Please respond to the following three prompts: 1. Tell us about your experience preparing for and getting to and from the event. For example, what was your ticket purchasing experience like, how was it getting to and into the venue, were you able to get a ride home afterwards. 2. Tell us about your experience and impressions with the venue. For example, what was the atmosphere like, was the staff friendly and attentive, were the lines manageable, were you able to find your seats and were you happy with them. 3. Tell us about the show. For example, did it meet your expectations, what were the highlights/low lights and is there anything that could be done to improve it.
• Include as much detail as you can – no detail is too trivial!• If you choose to voice or video record your review, feel free to prepare your response ahead of time and record it or just talk off-the-cuff – whatever seems more natural to you. Here is a 1 minute sample recording that can help you get started:
• Your response will not be shared with anyone other than DeepCritique and the venue. Your response will be anonymized (i.e., only DeepCritique will see the email address associated with your response). It is not necessary to include any personal information in your response.• In addition to your response, we would appreciate if you could provide the following information in your email:
• The event you're reviewing
• Your age
• Your city/town of residence• The standard payment amount for a review is $20. However, if you submit your review within 24 hours following the event start time, you will receive $40. Reviews received more than five days following the date of the event will not be eligible for payment.• For payment, please include your Venmo account name in your email with your review submission (Venmo is our preferred payment method, but please let us know if you don’t have Venmo and we can arrange for an alternative method). Only DeepCritique will see your payment information. Once we have received and verified your response we will send you your payment.• Note that there is a limited budget for payments and only those who received a card with a QR code are eligible for payment. If there are additional members of your group who would like to submit a review, but who did not receive a QR code, please let us know and we will see if we can accommodate payment for their review.• By submitting your review, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and you consent to having your recording used in the manner described above.
